Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

You have requested us to contact you with regards to potentially working on your behalf

We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you to arrange discussions about potential work; we also retain this information for the purposes of contacting you when work does go live.

We do not share this information with anyone who does not work for or on behalf of DCC Cleaning.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your name, address and contact details for two years if not used on a regular basis. We will then dispose of your information by removing the information from our company computers by deletion.
